Vision Architecture.
The excavation, naming, and structuring of your original signal – done with you, personally, before any strategy or execution begins.
One 60-minute session. $200.
Everyone starts in the same place, whichever path brought you here. The Signal Session is a diagnostic: we name what is actually surfacing beneath the problem you arrived with, and you leave with one precise insight and an honest recommendation.
It is not a discovery call, and it is not free. Free conversations are sales conversations, and this one is work.
The work takes one of two shapes.
Not two tiers, but two different kinds of problem.
Realignment
For a business that already exists. The direction was there once and has been buried under scaling, other people’s expectations, and decisions that made sense at the time. The work is excavation: what did you actually build, what is still yours, and what has to change now that you can see it.
Formation
For something that hasn’t been built yet. There is no direction to recover, because it has never been named. The work is generative and slower: finding the signal, testing whether it holds, and deciding what (and whether) to build.
Formation here means the formation of a direction. It is not a company-setup service.
Ongoing engagement is scoped after the Signal Session – not by title or company size, but by the complexity of what we are actually untangling. You will know the number before anything begins.
Your Vision Blueprint.
The most tangible thing this work produces. A living document, built progressively. Parts will be written with you in session, others written by you inbetween them.
It holds the direction itself, the reasoning that produced it, the decisions it settles, and the things it rules out. It is not a deck and it is not a report. It is the document you open when a decision gets hard, and the reason you never start from zero again.
When execution begins, the Blueprint is the brief.
Once your own direction holds, the people around you have to be able to carry it. Shared Signal takes the direction into the team, so that it survives contact with the people who will make decisions when you are not in the room.
Available only after the individual work is complete. Scoped per engagement; price not published.
When the direction is real, building it is simply what comes next in the sequence. Strategy, marketing, and growth, built by people who were there when the direction was found.
