Acceptance
By booking a Signal Session, or by engaging Teliora for ongoing work, you agree to these terms.
What the Signal Session is
A single 60-minute advisory conversation, priced at $200 USD, paid at booking. It is a diagnostic. It is not a discovery call, not therapy, and not a guarantee of any commercial outcome.
Ongoing engagements
Realignment, Formation, Shared Signal, and Execution are scoped and confirmed in writing, by email or a proposal, before any of that work begins, including price. These Terms apply to that work as well, unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.
Payment
Prices are in US dollars. The Signal Session is paid at booking through Stripe. Pricing for ongoing engagements is confirmed in writing before that work begins.
Rescheduling and refunds
You may reschedule freely up to 24 hours before the session. Inside 24 hours the session is not refundable. If Teliora cancels, you are refunded in full. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, read the next section. It may give you a stronger right than this paragraph describes.
Your right to cancel: EU, UK, and Switzerland
If you are booking as an individual consumer (not on behalf of a business) and you are located in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, mandatory local consumer law gives you 14 days from booking to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.
Because a Signal Session is often scheduled to take place inside that 14-day window, the booking process will ask you to confirm that you want the session to go ahead on the date you chose, and that you understand this means you waive your right to withdraw once the session has been delivered. If you cancel before the session takes place, your statutory right to a full refund applies regardless of the 24-hour policy above.
Nothing in this section, or in the governing-law clause below, removes any protection mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you.
Confidentiality
All session content, written materials, and the Vision Blueprint are confidential. Nothing is recorded without your prior written consent; where a recording exists, you will be told who holds it, where, and for how long. No client information is used for marketing, teaching, or content, anonymised or otherwise, without specific written permission for that use. Confidentiality is mutual and survives the end of the engagement. Disclosure occurs only where required by law.
Intellectual property
The direction, insights, and content of your own Vision Blueprint belong to you. Teliora’s own frameworks, methods (including the Mirror, Depth, Challenge, Dream, Build sequence) and all site content remain the property of Teliora LLC. Nothing in an engagement grants Teliora rights to your confidential information beyond what is needed to deliver that engagement.
No guaranteed outcome
The work produces clarity and structure. Business results depend on decisions and conditions outside Teliora’s control, and none are warranted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teliora’s total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Teliora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including, for consumers in the EU, UK, and Switzerland, liability for death, personal injury, or wilful misconduct.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, outages, or events preventing a scheduled session from taking place. Affected sessions are rescheduled at no charge.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
If you are an individual consumer located outside the United States, this clause does not remove any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book governs that engagement.
